According to Spanish labor law, a person can have more than one job at the same time, This situation is called “pluriempleo” in Spain.
Is it possible to work two full time jobs at the same time?
Yes. In Spain there are two types of jobs: full time (40 hours a week) and half time (30 or 20 hours a week). Of course, depending on the needs of the job, the workload can be less than 20 hours per week.
The law states that a worker cannot work more than 40 hours a week (not counting overtime hours) for a company. This does not mean, however, that a worker cannot work more than one job. For example, a worker can work two full time jobs at the same time and work 80 hours a week (of course, if he or she is physically able to do so). Because it is up to you how many jobs you want to work, there is no restriction by law.
Can I work two half-time jobs at the same time?
According to the above, the law does not care how many jobs you work. As long as your income is declared honestly and your employer pays your social security, each person will care how many jobs you have.

I am sure you all know that one of the factors to receive most of your pension is the insurance base. Simply put, the insurance base is the salary of the worker.
If you have two jobs then of course the insurance base is higher than if you have one job.

How to receive unemployment benefits for multiple jobs?
