Job search visa
The job search visa or job seeking visa is a residence permit granted to non-EU citizens who have finished their studies in Spain so they can extend the stay for one year more. During this time, you can start your own company or find a job.
You cannot work with job search visa
This kind of residence permit does not allow to work in Spain directly.
First you need to find a job and then apply for work residence permit. The application process, depending on the province, may take from 1 to 3 months. Once the application is granted (not when being processed), you may start working.
You may also change from job seeking visa to entrepreneur visa if you start your own company.
